Kiuvo · Legal
Privacy policy
The short version: kiuvo.io is currently an informational website. It has no user accounts, analytics, advertising or behavioural profiling. We receive personal information only when you choose to contact us, together with the minimum technical records needed to keep the website secure.

1. Who controls your data
The data controller is Stephanie Sarria Reyes, Spanish tax number (NIF) 49770369W. She decides how personal data is used and is responsible for that use.
Address: Gran Via Asima 20, office 38/5, 07009 Palma de Mallorca, Illes Balears, Spain.
Contact: info@kiuvo.io. You can use this address for any question about this policy or to exercise your rights.
No data protection officer has been appointed. The present website does not carry out large-scale systematic monitoring or process special categories of personal data. If that changes, this policy will be updated before the new processing begins.
2. What this policy covers
This policy covers the public website kiuvo.io and the messages sent to its contact address. Kiuvo’s navigation products, developer accounts, APIs and SDKs are still in development and are not governed by this initial website policy.
Before an alpha, beta, customer portal or navigation service begins processing additional data, its purposes, legal bases, recipients, retention periods and user controls will be published here or in a specific policy.
3. When you contact Kiuvo
We receive the email address, name, company details and message you choose to send. We use them to answer your request, discuss early access or evaluate a potential commercial, technical or data partnership.
The legal basis is your consent when you initiate a general conversation (article 6(1)(a) GDPR) and, where you ask us to take steps towards a possible agreement, the pre-contractual steps you requested (article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Correspondence is kept while the conversation remains active and for up to twelve months after the last meaningful contact, unless a legal obligation or the establishment, exercise or defence of a claim requires longer retention.
4. Security records
The production hosting platform may record an IP address, browser identifier, requested URL, response status and request time. These records are used only to operate the website, diagnose faults and protect it from abuse.
The legal basis is the legitimate interest in maintaining a secure and reliable public service (article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Operational access logs will be configured for the shortest useful period and no longer than thirty days unless a security incident requires preservation.
5. Cookies and measurement
The initial kiuvo.io website sets no analytics, advertising or profiling cookies. It contains no user account and does not use social tracking buttons. The English and Spanish pages are separate URLs and the website does not need a cookie to remember the language.
That is why there is no cookie-consent banner. If non-essential measurement or another optional technology is introduced, this policy will be updated and consent requested before it is activated where the law requires it.
6. Processors and international delivery
Kiuvo does not sell, rent or trade personal information. Service providers may process the minimum data needed to host the website, deliver email and protect the service, acting on our instructions under a data-processing agreement.
The production architecture is planned on Amazon Web Services with core workloads in the European Union. A global content-delivery network may serve public website files from an edge location near the visitor; it does not receive contact-email content from this website.
7. Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability of your personal data, and object to processing based on legitimate interest. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing.
Write to info@kiuvo.io. We normally answer within one month and may ask for the minimum information needed to verify that the request concerns you.
You may also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency at aepd.es. Contacting Kiuvo first is welcome but is not a requirement.
8. Minors, profiling and changes
This corporate website is not directed at children and does not intentionally collect information from them. It makes no automated decisions and creates no behavioural profiles.
When Kiuvo’s product capabilities or data practices change, this page will be updated before materially different processing begins, and the publication date above will change.
